Living By ALFA Søborg Skovby is emerging on the historic grounds surrounding the listed Mørkhøjgård estate, with respect for the past and a clear vision for the way people today will live and thrive.
At Søborg Skovby, homes, nature and community come together as one integrated whole. Existing trees, the woodland edge and the park-like nature of the grounds form the foundation of the neighborhood. Green courtyards, pathways, play areas and inviting outdoor spaces are woven throughout the neighborhood for safe movement and outdoor activities.

Rental launch for Søborg Skovby is planned for spring 2028. The community hub – The Barn – is scheduled for opening in late 2027, inviting you to come by and experience the future community living at Søborg Skovby.
