Irmabyen
Located in Rødovre, just eight kilometres from Copenhagen, IrmaByen is a new neighbourhood with 1,000 homes developed by ALFA Development. Today, it is a popular place to live.
Since 2023, Living by ALFA has been home to 163 of these homes in IrmaByen. The bright and airy modern rental homes offer space for singles, couples, families and seniors. The residents also have access to high-quality shared facilities such as a lounge, playroom and petanque courts.
Søborg Skovby
Søborg Skovby is an emerging neighbourhood with 400 homes in Gladsaxe developed by ALFA Development.
Living by ALFA will open here in 2028, offering 250 modern rental homes in a range of sizes, with access to inviting shared facilities. Living By ALFA is taking shape on the historic grounds surrounding the heritage-listed Mørkhøjgård.

How do we do things differently?
The vision behind Living By ALFA
I grew up in Houston in a modest residential neighborhood. At the heart of the community was a local community center, which was the heart of everyday life. It was where children played after school, neighbors met, friendships formed and people looked out for each other. It created a sense of belonging, safety and connection. That experience shaped my understanding of what a home can be. And this became the foundation of Living By ALFA.

The core of Living By ALFA is the Clubhouse. An exceptional community hub, thoughtfully designed with shared spaces indoors and outdoors – for working, spending time together or just relaxing.
