Living By ALFA IrmaByen opened in 2023 and comprises 163 rental apartments in several sizes and layouts. 101 apartments appealing to young families, singles and young professionals. 62 apartments are designated for active 55+ residents, wishing to downsize and enjoy life in an inspiring social community.
Each home is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for comfortable everyday living, while the shared facilities and amenities of the Living By ALFA Clubhouse offer opportunities to connect and a strong sense of a safe community.

A green neighborhood
The park area, The Green Corridor, winds through IrmaByen. In the city park, residents and visitors can take a walk and find peace. Wild grassy areas, flowers, trees and a rainwater basin provide nature experiences for people and create habitats for wildlife.

Who is the landlord?

Is it dog and pet friendly?
One pet per apartment is allowed in selected apartments. However, a pet approval must be obtained.
Maximum dog weight is 15 kg. Pets are not allowed in LIVING BY ALFA's common areas, either indoors or outdoors.
Does my apartment come with a parking space?
It is possible to rent one or more parking spaces in the locked basement car park.
Is there an intercom?
Yes, there is an intercom at all entrances.
How much deposit do I have to pay?
A deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent and 1 month of prepaid rent is required. In addition, the first month’s rent is payable upon signing the lease.
Is there a storage room?
Yes, storage rooms are available in the basement. Some apartments have storage rooms inside the apartment itself.
Is there TV signal and internet, and who is the provider?
The apartment is prepared for TV and internet services from YouSee and other providers. The subscription must be arranged individually by the tenant. A setup fee may apply.
