Living By ALFA was created with the ambition of offering more than modern rental homes. We aim to create places where people can thrive, feel at home and have the opportunity to become part of a community.

A strong community is never finished. It evolves alongside the people who call it home.
That is why we continuously work to understand residents' experiences of their homes, the facilities and the community around them. Through resident surveys, we gain valuable insights that provide a concrete foundation for developing our communities and ensuring that residents' perspectives remain an active part of our ongoing work.
By listening to our residents, we gain a better understanding of what works well and where there may be opportunities for improvement. We actively use this knowledge to enhance the Living By ALFA experience and to ensure that our communities continue to create value for both current and future residents.
