Hvad med indeklima og klimapåvirkninger?

De nye boliger bliver opført i henhold til DGNB Guld og skal dermed efterleve en række krav til klima og miljø. Boligerne bliver opført med sunde materialer af god kvalitet med masser af dagslys for at sikre et godt indeklima.

Who is the landlord and property manager?

The landlord is ALFA Development, an established, family-owned company responsible for the development, operation and management of Living By ALFA. The company has already developed and operates Living By ALFA IrmaByen, where resident satisfaction is very high.

What about the indoor environment and environmental impact?

The new homes will be built to meet the requirements of DGNB Gold certification, which sets a range of climate and environmental criteria. High-quality materials that support a healthy indoor environment, together with plenty of natural daylight, will help ensure comfortable living conditions.
