CLUBHOUSE
The Clubhouse is the heart of Living By ALFA. A shared meeting place – for socializing, play, relaxation, and work.
The beating heart of Living By ALFA
The Clubhouse is the beating heart of Living By ALFA, the community hub where you meet your neighbors, spend time together, invite family and friends for dinner – or just relax and feel you are part of a community.
The Clubhouse is a unique feature of Living By ALFA, thoughtfully designed with shared spaces and amenities indoors and outdoors. A place for meeting neighbours, for working or just relaxing.
Clubhouse in IrmaByen
In IrmaByen, our Living By ALFA residents have access to the Clubhouse, providing a generous offering of private common spaces; lobby, lounge, home cinema, playroom, event room, workspaces and guest rooms.
The lobby and lounge are an extension of your living room. This is where you meet neighbours, friends and family to talk. It is also where you meet the Community Manager, who helps support the shared community and the various activities at Living By ALFA. The lounge is equipped with an open electric fireplace, plenty of cozy corners, board games, coffee, tea and water. There is also an Honesty bar where you can get beverages. The playroom in The Club House is designed to give children their own space, while parents have the opportunity to relax and spend time with friends and neighbours in the lounge.
Clubhouse in Søborg Skovby
In Søborg Skovby, the old barn will house the Clubhouse and be the natural gathering place of the Living By ALFA community. Set within the beautifully restored former stables of the listed Mørkhøjgård, the Clubhouse offers modern spaces designed to bring the community together.
While the characteristic exterior of the barn is preserved, the interior is carefully transformed into inviting shared facilities for work, exercise and social activities. The Barn is currently under restoration, but when it opens it will offer residents facilities like a fully equipped gym, a lounge area for games and spontaneous gatherings, a dining room for 25 people and several quiet areas for people wishing to work from home, but still in a professional and social setting.
Living By ALFA is a concept you don’t come across very often. It creates a sense of community and a shared space for us residents

The Community Manager
From your first day at Living By ALFA, the Community Manager helps you feel at home and introduce you to the Clubhouse, the shared facilities and the many opportunities to connect with your neighbors.
Whether you need practical assistance or want to get involved in community life, the Community Manager is there to support you and ensure that the Clubhouse remains a welcoming and inspiring place.
The dedicated Community Manager is a unique feature of Living By ALFA. We believe that the human touch, the presence of real people who run and take care of facilities and inspire activities makes all the difference
