Living By ALFA was created with the ambition of offering more than modern rental homes. We aim to create places where people can thrive, feel at home and have the opportunity to become part of a community.

That is why community is a natural part of how we design and operate our residential developments. It is not an add-on, but an integrated part of the Living By ALFA concept.

We believe that a great home is about more than the apartment itself. It is also about the surroundings, the relationships and the feeling of belonging. When people feel at home in both their residence and their neighbourhood, the foundation for a vibrant and thriving community is created.

A strong community does not look the same to everyone.

Some people enjoy taking part in activities and events, while others value simply knowing their neighbours, exchanging greetings and being part of a welcoming neighbourhood. Both are equally important.

At Living By ALFA, community is always an opportunity, never an expectation. We provide the setting and the possibilities, while each resident chooses how and when they would like to engage.

For us, community living is about creating the conditions for neighbourly connections and relationships to develop naturally through everyday life.

The physical environment plays an important role in any community.

That is why we focus on creating shared facilities and gathering spaces that make it easy for residents to connect, share experiences and take part in community life. These spaces support everything from relaxation and everyday activities to social events and shared interests.

Our ambition is to create attractive environments that support both community and everyday living, allowing residents to enjoy the neighbourhood in the way that best suits their lifestyle and needs.

The Clubhouse is a place where community comes to life. Here, you can settle in with a cup of coffee, meet a neighbour or join in shared activities – at your own pace and on your own terms.

A strong community is never finished. It evolves alongside the people who call it home.

That is why we continuously work to understand residents' experiences of their homes, the facilities and the community around them. Through resident surveys, we gain valuable insights that provide a concrete foundation for developing our communities and ensuring that residents' perspectives remain an active part of our ongoing work.

By listening to our residents, we gain a better understanding of what works well and where there may be opportunities for improvement. We actively use this knowledge to enhance the Living By ALFA experience and to ensure that our communities continue to create value for both current and future residents.

For us, community is about more than activities and shared spaces. It is also about creating environments that evolve in line with the needs and wishes of the people who live there.

At Living By ALFA, we create residential communities where modern homes, shared experiences and attractive surroundings go hand in hand.

We believe the best places to live are those where people feel at home. Places that offer space for both privacy and connection. Places where life inside the home and life beyond the front door naturally complement one another.

That is the foundation of Living By ALFA.
